RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
Elkstone Living do not accept returns or offer a refund or exchange for change of mind or incorrect items purchased. If you are unsure about your purchase prior to ordering, please email email@example.com and we can provide you with images of colour samples or visit our showroom, where we happily provide loan products and samples, including colour swatches for Elkstone Tops and Elkstone leg colours in order to assist in making the correct decision with your purchase.
DAMAGED or FAULTY ELKSTONE PRODUCTS:
If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please contact Elkstone IMMEDIATELY when receiving your goods. Transit insurance does cover damaged goods but customers need to contact and provide photo evidence of damaged goods within 24 hours of receipt of delivery to warrant a claim. Elkstone Customer Service will replace any damaged or faulty goods if notice and proof is provided within 24 hours of receiving your Elkstone delivery.
Elkstone Living connect with reputable Freight company's to provide the best postage service around Australia. If products need to be exchanged, changed or refunded for a particular reason, the cost of shipping back to Elkstone Living is incurred by the customer. The cost of shipping will be directly passed onto the customer to pay. Any Elkstone products that are returned need to arrive to Elkstone Living in the same condition that they were sent in. Products must be kept in original packaging and boxes when being returned.
All products in stock will be dispatched within 2-3 business days. Pre-ordered products will be dispatched the week new stock arrives.
